Winter and Snow Activities Around Bend, Oregon
If you're looking for fun winter activities on the West Coast, that don't cost you an arm and leg, I recommend checking out Bend, Oregon. The mountains are beautiful and provide great alpine skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating, and more. Mt. Bachelor receives an average snow of 33 feet per year! When I'm planning a family trip around winter activities, I always make sure the area has something for everyone as my family is divided into groups that really love to ski, and those that prefer to…not. Luckily Bend meets all the criteria. Below are my suggestions! If you're interested in general activities in Bend, see our other blog on the town.
